Patrik Sättermon
Co-founder & Chief Gaming Officer at Fnatic — building winning teams in esports for over two decades. Based in Stockholm, Sweden.
About
I've spent my career at the intersection of competition and business. First as a professional Counter-Strike player — captaining Fnatic to world championships — and since then as Chief Gaming Officer, responsible for sporting performance, financial sustainability, and player care across one of the most decorated organisations in esports.
Two decades in this industry have taught me that sustained success comes from the same fundamentals in any sport: rigorous talent identification, honest performance culture, and an organisation built to support the people who compete under its banner.
